MVP has long awaited something delicious to compliment our drinks menu and Gralinn have done just that. The duo behind the menu, Matteo and Dee, met while working in some of Dublin’s finest food cafes (Fia, Two Pups and Tang) and then this summer set up Gralinn as pop-up caterer and food truck, travelling around Ireland to visit their suppliers and producers and feeding the masses at Another Love Story and Electric Picnic.
We are delighted to have them with us through the Winter months with a very special menu. With their unique taste on Irish tapas made with local organic produce coming from Sceal Bakery, McNally’s Farm, Lilliput Stores and more.
They kicked off their first weekend with hokkaido pumpkin with chestnut & miso, kaibroc with almond cream and fried green tomatoes. Their menu will be changing every week depending on what is in season. We cannot wait to see what else they have planned for us.
‘We want to create a really interactive menu. We really think food is a social thing and want to enhance that by having a menu that creates conversation and is a shared experience. We’ll be changing the menu with the season and we’re committed to using local, ethical and sustainable produce.’ – Gralinn
